01 — Voice plans
Start with a predictable U.S. rate or build a custom carrier interconnect. Every plan begins with a verified business and an understood traffic profile.
Pair Tovavo-sourced U.S. numbers with low-cost SIP origination and preferred U.S. termination. Eligible calls that originate through Tovavo using a verified Tovavo-sourced number may receive A-level STIR/SHAKEN attestation.
One straightforward per-minute rate for eligible U.S. destinations. Designed for enterprises, contact centers and platforms that want simple billing without negotiating a full carrier rate deck.
Destination-based or custom blended pricing for qualified carriers and resellers. Rates reflect volume, CPS, destinations, quality profile, credit and interconnection requirements.
Carrier pricing is discussed after KYC, reseller verification and traffic review.
Request a U.S. rate02 — U.S. numbering
Start with a single U.S. local number or reserve inventory in larger blocks. Annual pricing rewards concentrated, predictable demand while keeping the entry point accessible.
Reserve U.S. local numbers directly through Tovavo for SIP origination, verified caller identity and preferred voice economics on qualifying traffic.
Rate-center specific. Quantities from different rate centers cannot be combined to reach a volume tier. Number availability and contiguous ranges are not guaranteed.
Pricing covers the annual right to use each DID and requires a verified, funded Tovavo voice account. Voice usage, activation, porting, CNAM, E911, messaging, taxes and regulatory cost recovery are additional. All inventory is subject to availability.
03 — Compliance
Responsible voice starts before the first call enters the network. Tovavo verifies each business, classifies how services will be used, and reviews traffic sources, calling-number rights and the regulatory profile appropriate to that customer.
Carriers, enterprises, contact centers and ISVs follow different application paths, while every applicant must establish business identity, ownership, authority, commercial presence and lawful use.
We verify authorization to use Tovavo-sourced numbers. Eligible calls that originate through Tovavo may receive A attestation when we know the customer and have verified its right to use the calling number.
Traffic behavior is reviewed for anomalies, prohibited use and patterns that may indicate fraud, spoofing, abusive calling or other compliance risk.
Partners must investigate credible complaints and traceback requests promptly. Suspected unlawful traffic may be blocked, limited or suspended while it is reviewed.
04 — Customer onboarding
Entity, ownership, FCC identifiers, reseller status, network relationships, traffic sources and annual contribution certification.
Business identity, authorized representative, calling use cases, consent practices, service locations and expected traffic.
Product use, end-user relationship, resale status, caller-ID controls and responsibility for the traffic entering the network.
Tovavo verifies the application, approves a service and tax profile, agrees rates, then monitors the active relationship.
The application adapts to your business. Carrier credentials are requested only when they apply.
Begin your application05 — Caller identity
STIR/SHAKEN is a standards framework that uses digital certificates to help providers verify caller ID information on IP-based calls. Attestation reflects what the signing provider knows about the customer and their right to use a calling number.
The signing provider knows the customer, originated the call, and has verified the customer's association with the calling number.
The signing provider knows the customer and originated the call, but has not verified the customer's association with the calling number.
The signing provider received the call from another network and cannot directly verify the originating customer or calling number.
Caller ID authentication is one layer of a broader compliance program. It does not, by itself, establish consumer consent or determine whether a call is lawful.
Enterprises and ISVs can request Tovavo attestation for calls that originate through Tovavo using verified Tovavo-sourced numbers. Full A attestation is available only when Tovavo has a direct, verified relationship with the customer, confirms its right to use the calling number, and originates the call. Attestation is determined per call and is never a substitute for consent or lawful calling practices.
