01 — The network

Domestic voice,
without the noise.

A focused U.S. wholesale voice service for partners who value clean interconnection, clear communication, and responsible scale.

01

U.S. voice termination

Wholesale SIP connectivity for domestic voice traffic, structured around your routing profile and operating requirements.

02

Purpose-fit routing

Commercial and technical conversations grounded in the destinations, call patterns, and quality targets you actually manage.

03

Human operations

Direct access to a team that understands wholesale voice, escalation paths, and the value of a precise answer.

02 — Compliance

Trust is part of
the interconnect.

Responsible wholesale voice starts before the first packet crosses the network. Tovavo evaluates who we work with, how traffic is generated, and whether every relationship meets our standards.

AUTHENTICATION02

STIR/SHAKEN awareness

We expect partners to represent caller identity accurately and support proper handling of signed calls and attestation information throughout the call path.

OVERSIGHT03

Traffic monitoring

Traffic behavior is reviewed for anomalies, prohibited use and patterns that may indicate fraud, spoofing, abusive calling or other compliance risk.

RESPONSE04

Fast, accountable action

Partners must investigate credible complaints and traceback requests promptly. Suspected unlawful traffic may be blocked, limited or suspended while it is reviewed.

03 — Partner onboarding

Four steps to
a responsible route.

  1. 01

    Verify

Business formation, location, ownership, authorized contacts and regulatory profile.

  2. 02

    Understand

Traffic origin, customer base, use cases, caller ID practices, volumes and expected destinations.

  3. 03

    Connect

Technical parameters, approved routes, commercial terms and clear operational contacts.

  4. 04

    Observe

Ongoing review, responsive investigation and periodic refresh of partner information.

04 — Caller identity

STIR/SHAKEN,
in plain language.

STIR/SHAKEN is a standards framework that uses digital certificates to help providers verify caller ID information on IP-based calls. Attestation reflects what the signing provider knows about the customer and their right to use a calling number.

A
Full attestation

Customer and number verified

The signing provider knows the customer, originated the call, and has verified the customer's association with the calling number.

B
Partial attestation

Customer verified

The signing provider knows the customer and originated the call, but has not verified the customer's association with the calling number.

C
Gateway attestation

Entry point identified

The signing provider received the call from another network and cannot directly verify the originating customer or calling number.

Caller ID authentication is one layer of a broader compliance program. It does not, by itself, establish consumer consent or determine whether a call is lawful.

05 — Responsible use

A clear line
on acceptable traffic.

Tovavo services may only be used for lawful, authorized communications. Fraud, illegal robocalling, deceptive caller ID, harassment, network abuse, unauthorized access and efforts to evade safeguards are prohibited.

  • Partners are responsible for their customers and traffic sources.
  • Credible complaints and traceback requests require prompt cooperation.
  • Violations may result in blocking, restriction, suspension or termination.
